CHRISTMAS IN ARLINGTON—December 4th |
|
Christmas is a wonderful time in the Arlington community and Arlington is the best place in the world to celebrate a truly old fashioned holiday season. Our Midwestern location provides four distinct seasons and in December the entire region becomes a winter wonderland.
One of the most important visitors each year is Santa Clause as he comes down from the North Pole to give every good little boy and girl their Christmas gift.
In 2008 we added a very special event to Christmas in Arlington, a Live Nativity! Visitors watched in astonishment as Mary and Joseph made their way from the Trinity Lutheran Church to the Kaufmann Warehouse with Mary atop a live donkey! Live camels, sheep and llamas also graced the “manger” as a cast performed the story of Jesus’ birth for nearly 300 audience members.
Whether Christmas for you means winter festivities, a visit from Santa or a heartwarming religious experience, Arlington is the place to be!
